Why We Built This Site
New Mexico gives the public broad access to many court records, but Mora County records are split by custodian. The state court clerk handles District Court and Magistrate Court case files through the Fourth Judicial District. The Mora County Clerk handles marriage licenses, deeds, survey plats, minutes, ordinances, and county public-record requests. The Mora County Sheriff handles sheriff records, arrest or booking questions, and warrant questions that are not answered by a court case lookup. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for those offices in one place.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
